The paid tiers are priced per channel rather than per seat, the interface is quick to learn, and the AI Assistant will tidy up a caption you have already written. If you have a designer, a writer, or a VA producing posts, Buffer is a perfectly good place to line them up.
Where it stops
Buffer does not make anything. There is no carousel, no video, no quote card, no post copy unless you bring it. The AI Assistant rewrites text you paste in; it does not know your business, your voice, or what you said on last week's client call. So the workflow is still: sit down, think of something, write it, design it in another tool, export it, upload it, schedule it. Buffer only owns the last step.
