SocialBee is the evergreen tool. You sort posts into categories, set a schedule per category, and it keeps re-posting from each one so the calendar never runs dry. For a business with a back-catalogue of good posts, that is a clever way to make them keep working.

The SocialBee alternative search starts when there is no back-catalogue. Recycling is only a strategy if there is something to recycle, and the businesses that struggle most with social media are the ones with three posts and a good intention. (The recycling queue does not judge you. It is just quiet.)

Choose SocialBee if

You have a back-catalogue of good evergreen posts and want them re-shared on a rhythm across several channels.

What SocialBee does well

Category-based evergreen queues are still its best idea, and nobody does them better. Every plan includes AI text assistance and a Canva integration, the per-profile scaling is reasonable - five profiles on Bootstrap at $29, ten on Accelerate at $49, twenty-five and three users on Pro at $99 - and the channel list covers the majors plus Google Business, Threads and Bluesky.

Where it stops

SocialBee recycles content you already made. The AI assistant writes captions from a prompt; it does not turn a client call into a carousel or a talk into a short video. The two cheaper plans are single-user, analytics history is short on Bootstrap, and there is no free plan. Most of all, the product is built on the assumption that you have a library. If you are starting from nothing, you are paying for a very good queue with nothing in it.

How Magic Marketer is different

Magic Marketer builds the library. One source - a recording, a voice note, a transcript, a link - becomes a batch of finished posts in eight formats in your voice, checked against your guardrails and compliance presets, then scheduled to nine channels at the best time for each. On Autopilot a fresh batch arrives every week, so the calendar stays full with new posts rather than repeats.

It does not do category-based recycling of old posts. If you have a hundred evergreen posts and want them re-shared on a rhythm, SocialBee does that and this does not.

If the back-catalogue exists, keep SocialBee. If it does not, this is the tool that makes one.

SocialBee alternative FAQs

Does SocialBee have a free plan?

No. There is a 14-day trial; plans start at $29/mo. Buffer, Metricool, Publer and Pallyy all have free tiers.

Does Magic Marketer recycle evergreen posts?

No. It makes new posts from a source each week rather than re-posting old ones. If category-based recycling is the feature you need, SocialBee or Publer do it.

What is the best SocialBee alternative for a solo business owner?

If you have a library of posts, Publer for cheap recycling or Buffer for a simple queue. If you do not, Magic Marketer - it produces the posts from a recording or a link and publishes them, weekly on Autopilot.

Can I use SocialBee and Magic Marketer together?

You could: make posts in Magic Marketer, export them, and load them into SocialBee categories to recycle. Most people find the weekly batch keeps the calendar full without the second tool.
