Content pillars — recurring themes in every post

Define the themes your posts rotate through — personal story, technical depth, client results, and more — and Magic Marketer App pins each draft to one pillar so your feed stays varied without feeling random.

Most people who post consistently don't run out of things to say. They run out of structure. Monday it's a win. Tuesday it's a rant. Wednesday it's a how-to. Thursday they stare at a blank box because they can't remember what angle they were supposed to be on.

Content pillars fix that. They're the recurring themes your posts rotate through — the buckets that keep your feed varied and on-brand.

What are content pillars?

A content pillar is a named theme with a short description. For a personal brand, that might be Personal Story, Technical, or Handling Common Objections. For a company, you might add Origin Story, Client Results, or Company Values.

You're not locking yourself into a rigid calendar. You're giving the generator a deck to draw from — so every post has a clear "this is about X" anchor, the same way your Profile anchors posts to specific rows from your story.

Where to set them up

Content pillars live in Settings under You → Content Pillars for everyone, and Company → Content Pillars for admins on a team plan.

New users also hit a Content Pillars step during onboarding — we seed sensible defaults (personal or company, depending on your account type) and you tailor the names and descriptions to match how you actually talk.

Add rows, edit descriptions, delete what doesn't fit. Up to 20 pillars per account. Changes autosave as you type.

How they change your posts

Every caption Magic Marketer App writes now knows your pillar deck. When you create a post, the generator sees the full list and pins today's copy to one focus pillar — so the post is clearly about that theme, not a vague mash-up of everything you've ever said.

In your Monday drafts, pillar rotation is deterministic: each draft in the week gets a different pillar, so over five days you might hit Personal Story, Technical, Objections, Personal Interests, and Client Results — without you having to plan it.

That stacks with everything else already rotating in drafts: profile anchor rows, target-audience facets, and TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnel stages. Different pillar × different audience × different funnel stage × different story row — combinations stop repeating for a long time.

For teams

Admins define the company's pillars under Company → Content Pillars. The company's Monday drafts rotate through those themes in the company voice.

Every teammate still has their own personal pillars under You → Content Pillars. Personal drafts use personal pillars; company drafts use company pillars. The company speaks for the company; people speak for themselves.

Empty pillars?

If you haven't set any yet, captions fall back to today's behaviour — name, role, audience, profile rows. Nothing breaks. Quality lifts the moment you add your first pillar.

Get started

Open Magic Marketer App → SettingsYou → Content Pillars (or Company → Content Pillars if you're an admin). Start with the suggested cores, tweak the wording, add one that's uniquely yours.
