Monday drafts toggle — drafts are still created every week; this only controls the summary email with the review link
Monthly performance summary toggle — end-of-month recap emails respect your preference (see V4.7)
Onboarding now asks whether you want the monthly performance summary when you set up your profile — your choice is saved to email_preferences on day one
Existing users default to everything on — only an explicit "off" disables a notification type
