V4.11Minor Release

Compliance & claims — checked on every draft

Pick a regulatory framework — TGA, APRA, or AHPRA — add your own restricted claims and required disclaimers, and every draft is checked automatically before you publish.

V4.11 walkthrough

If you work in health, finance, or any regulated industry, you already know the cost of getting a post wrong. One therapeutic claim. One missing disclaimer. One sentence that sounds fine to you but not to the regulator.

Today we're shipping Compliance & claims on the Brand page — so every draft is checked against your rules before it goes live.

Built-in framework presets

Choose a starting framework and Magic Marketer App seeds sensible restricted claims and required disclaimers you can edit:

  • TGA — therapeutic goods and health advertising (curative claims, before/after language, testimonials, outcome guarantees)
  • APRA — financial services and credit marketing (guaranteed returns, risk-free language, unlicensed personal advice)
  • AHPRA — registered health practitioner advertising (superiority claims, sensational transformations, unreasonable expectations)

Add your own restricted claims and required disclaimers on top — in plain language — and the whole workspace writes within them.

Checked on every draft

When you generate or edit a caption, Magic Marketer App runs a compliance check against your active rules. You'll see a clear pass, warning, or block with the matched phrase and a suggested fix.

  • Warn — highlights the issue but lets you publish if you choose
  • Block — holds publishing until the flagged issue is resolved

Workspace admins configure compliance once on the Brand page; the whole team benefits on every post.

Where to find it

Open Brand → Compliance & claims. Pick your framework, review the seeded rules, add any custom restrictions, and choose warn or block mode.

Compliance tools are a guide only — not legal advice — but they remove the hesitation that stops most regulated professionals from posting at all.

Not on Magic Marketer App yet? Get started and set your compliance rules before your next post.
