Batched by design — at most one comment email and one DM email per day, summarising everything new since the last check rather than flooding your inbox with one email per interaction
Encouraging copy that celebrates engagement — "Your content is doing its job — people are talking" — because a new comment or DM is a win worth celebrating
Two new toggles in Settings → Notifications: New comments and New direct messages — both on by default, turn either off any time
Company inboxes included for org admins — when your organisation's connected accounts get new comments or DMs, every workspace admin gets a batched email linking to the company inbox
First run is silent — the cron records what's already in your inbox before emailing, so you won't get backfilled with notifications for old threads
