What is an FAQ Post?

An FAQ post answers the objection in public — the question you get asked the most, answered once so you do not keep typing it.

Four angles inside this type

The braces are where your role, industry and specifics go. Trends move with the feed — this list is what is landing now, not a permanent set.

What it is

The answer you are tired of typing

An FAQ post takes one objection or question and answers it in public. It saves you the repeat, and it lets people who were never going to book a call still get the truth.

You already have the wording. The job is getting that wording out of the inbox and into the feed.

Use it when

  • You have answered this more than twice
  • The answer would help people who will never become a client
  • You can be honest without a twelve-page caveat
  • You want a post that reduces sales friction

Use something else when

  • The question is really a false belief — that is a myth-bust
  • The answer is one move — that is a quick tip
  • The honest answer is a bit messy — that can be a confession
  • You have a list of questions — make a series, or a listicle

One question — as a text post, a short carousel, a talking-head clip, or a card of the short answer.

What good looks like

The anatomy of an FAQ post that actually answers it

1

Use their wording

The question as they ask it, not as you wish they would. That is how they recognise themselves.

2

Answer it, then the real worry underneath

“How much is it” is often “will this work for someone like me.” Both can fit.

3

Be willing to say no

Why we do not do X is a better post than a dodge. People trust a boundary.

4

Do not turn it into a pitch in paragraph two

The post is the answer. The invite can wait until the last line.

Where it comes from

The thread you already keep pasting

FAQ posts are sitting in your sent folder, your FAQs page, and the third time this week you answered the same thing on a call.

CLIENT CALL

The objection that always shows up around minute twenty

FAQs

FAQ posts, answered

If you already say a range on calls, yes. If the honest answer is “it depends,” say on what. A dodge is worse than a range.

Answer it once, in public.
