New Feature: The Library — Your Creative, In One Place
Every photo and video you upload — all in one tidy place. Reuse it from Create, share it across the team, and let Monday drafts pick from it for you.

If you've been using Magic Marketer App for a while, you've probably uploaded the same photo three times. Or scrolled through your camera roll mid-post hunting for "that one shot from last week."
That ends today.
Meet the Library
Every image and video you upload in Magic Marketer App now lives in the Library — a dedicated home for your creative, sitting right between Calendar and Inbox in the navbar. Click into it any time to see everything you've ever used, plus anything you want to keep on hand for later.
You can drop in fresh creative from the Library page itself (drag and drop, or click to upload — multiple files at once, images and videos both). Anything you upload from inside the Create Post flow shows up here too, automatically. No double work.
Reuse, don't re-upload
When you're putting a post together, you don't always want to start from a blank canvas. Maybe you've got a brand shot that fits perfectly. Maybe you used a great photo three weeks ago and want to use it again.
Inside the Create Post flow, the upload area now has an "Or choose from your library" link right underneath it. Click it, see your whole library in a grid, tick the ones you want — they're added to your post instantly. No new upload, no waiting, no extra storage.
For teams: shared brand creative + per-teammate libraries
If you're on a company plan, the Library scales with your team. Admins see three layers:
- Your library — your personal creative, just like a solo user
- The organisation library — shared brand assets (logos, product shots, evergreen photography) that anyone on the team can pull into a post
- Every teammate's library — so an admin can see what the team's working with, and even drop creative into a teammate's library on their behalf
There's a simple filter at the top of the page to switch between "All", the organisation, and any individual teammate. There's also an "Upload to:" selector when you upload, so you can choose whether new creative lands in your personal library, the company library, or a specific teammate's library.
For team members, it's simpler: you see your own library and that's it. Cleaner is better.
Monday drafts now bring their own creative
Here's the part we love. The Monday drafts engine now reaches into your library and randomly attaches one of your own images to each draft it writes for you.
So you don't just open Monday morning to a week of captions — you open it to a week of visual drafts, ready to glance through and ship. Per user, per organisation, never crossed: your drafts only pull from your own library, your company's drafts only pull from the company's library. No empty image slots, no awkward "I'll add a photo later" friction.
If your library is empty, Monday drafts arrive text-only like before — nothing changes. The moment you upload your first few photos, Monday mornings get a quiet little upgrade and you don't have to do anything else.
Carousels, finally
While we were in there, we also fixed something a few of you had asked for: you can now upload multiple images for a single post. The Create Post flow accepts up to 10 images for a carousel, on top of the existing single-video support, and it all publishes through to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and the rest.
Pick from your library, upload fresh, or mix the two. Whatever's easiest.
