New Feature: Monday Drafts — Your Week of Posts, Pre-Written

The biggest barrier to posting consistently isn't skill. It's the blank page on a Monday morning.

You open the app, stare at the cursor, and try to think of something smart to say. Sometimes you land it. Often you close the tab and tell yourself you'll come back this afternoon. Then the week runs away from you.

Today we're fixing the blank page.

Your week of posts, waiting for you on Monday

Every Monday morning, Magic Marketer automatically generates a week's worth of draft posts for you — already matched to your posting cadence, written in your voice, built around your target customer, and tied to fresh story prompts so nothing repeats.

You pick your posting cadence (say, 3 days a week), and on Monday at 6am we queue up three drafts. You get a single email saying "your drafts are ready" and a dashboard card showing how many are waiting for review.

How it works

1. Monday morning, drafts appear

A background job runs every Monday. For every active user, it looks at your posting cadence (1 through 7), picks that many story prompts you haven't used recently, and writes a full caption for each — using the tone and framework patterns from your best existing posts.

2. You get one email

No spam, no noise — just one summary email listing the prompts and captions ready for review, with a single button that takes you straight into the Review flow.

3. Review, edit, publish

Open any draft and it pre-loads into the Create Post flow with the prompt, caption, and framework already filled in. Tweak a line, add your creative, hit publish. What used to take 20 minutes of staring at a blank page now takes 2 minutes of polishing something that's already 90% there.

Where your drafts live

Drafts show up in two places so you never lose track of them:

  • Dashboard — a "review drafts" card shows your count with a one-click link into the first draft waiting for you.
  • Calendar — every draft appears on the day it was generated with a purple "Draft" badge, so you can see the whole week at a glance and jump in wherever suits.

Why we built this

We spent a year watching people commit to posting cadences, then miss three days in a row because they didn't know what to say. The pattern was always the same: motivation on Sunday night, blank page on Monday morning, guilt by Wednesday.

Pre-written drafts break that loop. You still review and approve every post — this isn't autopilot, it's a head start. But instead of fighting a blank page three times a week, you're editing something solid. And editing is a completely different cognitive task to creating from scratch.

Tuned to your cadence, not a fixed number

If your cadence is 2 days a week, you get 2 drafts on Monday. If it's 5, you get 5. If it's 7, you get 7. We never generate more than you've said you want to publish — so your dashboard never fills up with content you'll feel bad about ignoring.

If you already have unreviewed drafts waiting, we skip generation that week. No overload, no duplicate content, no email you didn't need.

Paired with everything else

Drafts inherit everything Magic Marketer already knows about you — your voice, your target customer, your framework preferences, your most-used story prompts. The output gets better the more you post, because the system learns from what actually lands with your audience.

Streak reminders still work. Posting cadence still works. The weekly drafts feature just removes the "where do I even start?" step, so the rest of the loop runs smoother.

Get started

There's nothing to turn on. If you have a Magic Marketer account with a posting cadence set, your first batch of drafts will show up next Monday morning.
