New Version: Magic Marketer V4 — "All Hands" for Teams & Organisations
Magic Marketer V4 is here: companies as first-class accounts, admin and team-member roles, weekly drafts for the company, and one place to review and approve every team member's posts. Built for marketing managers running content across a team.

Until today, Magic Marketer was built for one person posting on their own behalf. That covered the founders, freelancers, and personal brands we started with — but it left every marketing manager and agency owner stuck.
If you run content across a team, you don't just need to write your own posts. You need to write yours, the company's, and review what everyone else is publishing — without three apps, four spreadsheets, and a Monday-morning Slack thread.
V4: "All Hands" fixes that. Companies are now first-class accounts. Admins manage everyone. The Monday-drafts engine writes posts for the company too. And on Monday morning, you open one dashboard, review the whole team's week, and approve.
What's new in V4
Organisations as first-class accounts
A company isn't a profile any more — it's its own account. Its own brand voice. Its own target audience. Its own marketing objective. Its own posting cadence. Its own connected social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Twitter/X, Google Business). Its own logo, sitting alongside everyone's personal display picture.
Admins still have a personal profile separately, with their own personal channels — so a marketing manager can post under their name AND under the company brand without the two ever bleeding into each other.
Two roles, two dashboards
Admins manage the company AND the whole team. Team members just create their own content. Each gets a dashboard tuned to what they actually need to do.
For admins, the dashboard becomes a review-and-approve workstation:
- Your team's drafts — every draft waiting for review, with the company pinned at the top so the brand never drops behind a teammate
- Team posting streaks — ranked by tenure (consistency over the longest period), so you can see who's showing up week after week
- Company + your inbox — DMs and comments for the company alongside your personal ones, with display pictures so you can tell at a glance which is which
- Top growth (30d) — cumulative follower growth per teammate over the last 30 days, with display pictures, so you can spot who's pulling ahead
Calendar that shows whose post is whose
Every day cell on the calendar now shows an avatar stack: square logo for the company, round avatars for teammates, with status-coloured rings (purple = draft, blue = scheduled, green = published). Click into any day and each post carries an owner pill so you always know who's publishing what.
Publish on behalf of anyone in the org
Click any teammate's draft (or one of the company's), tweak the copy, and hit publish — the post goes out under their connected accounts, not yours. The original draft row is updated in place. No silent re-attribution. No duplicate rows. Whoever the post is by, that's whose channels it lands on.
Weekly Monday drafts for the company too
The Monday-drafts engine we shipped in V3.11 now also runs for organisations. Every Monday at 6am, your company gets its week of drafts written in the company's voice, tied to the company's audience, ready to go out under the company's accounts.
Every admin gets one email when the company's drafts are ready. Open the dashboard, review the week, click through, approve. The blank-page-on-Monday problem is now solved for the company brand as well as for every individual on the team.
Settings that adapt to your role
Admins now see a richer settings page with tabs for Company Overview (logo, name, website, marketing objective), Company Channels, Company Target Audience, Team, Your Channels, and Billing. Team members see only Your Channels — clean and focused on what they need.
Company logo upload works exactly the same way as the personal display picture: click the avatar to upload, hover and click ✕ to remove. The new logo flows through to every place we render the company — dashboard, calendar, inbox, top-growth widget — instantly.
Who V4 is for
If you're a solo founder or freelancer, nothing changes for you. The whole solo experience — daily prompts, Monday drafts, posting cadence, streaks, voice feedback — keeps working exactly as it did, just on your own profile.
If you're a marketing manager, agency owner, or anyone running content across more than one person, V4 is the version you've been waiting for. One subscription. One inbox. One calendar. One Monday-morning dashboard with the whole team's content waiting for review.
What's coming next
V4.0 ships with admins and team members provisioned by hand for early customers. Self-serve invites, an "I'm setting up a company account" toggle in onboarding, and per-team analytics rollups are next on the list. If you want early access while we build that out, just message us.
