When you are approaching a full day since your last post, you get a friendly tap on the shoulder before momentum drops. One post and you're right back on track.

Restart your streak

If you've missed a day or two, you get a reset nudge. Starting a new streak is still just one post away. The best time to post was yesterday — the second best time is right now.

Re-enter your rhythm

If you've been quiet for about a week, you get a reactivation check-in. Life gets busy, but your audience is still there, and getting back into rhythm is easier than you think.
